Lynmerie P, Digital Marketing Specialist
At Caribbean Ideas we’re all about people who are doers, and capable of excelling in our environment regardless of their background. Having the determination to drive forward in your career, a passion for digital technology and a capacity to adapt quickly are arguably more important than specific digital or communications expertise.
Lynmerie Parris is a great example of someone with an interesting and varied background (degree in Molecular Biology from Colgate University, significant human resources experience and fashion industry experience at Macy’s) coming in to our team and adapting straight away.
Lyn brings many of the elements that people at Caribbean Ideas exhibit. Passion for the marketing and the Caribbean at large, a desire to operate at global-class levels, commitment and competitiveness.
In her role as a Digital Marketing Strategist, like others on the team, she seamlessly shifts between helping clients in a variety of industries achieve their bottom line business objectives using the power of digital technology.
Tracy C, Digital Marketing Specialist
Tracy is a Digital Marketing Specialist with Caribbean Ideas and one of our newest employees. Like most of the team, Tracy bring interesting, varied experience to her role at CI, where she works with a variety of clients, helping them to get the most out of digital technology.
Tracy’s real passion is communication, particularly written communication, having been educated in both journalism and mass communication. The social media and digital world broadly creates an immense opportunity for brands to connect with their customers and prospects on a continuous basis.
Tracy applies her expertise to help big brands craft and execute on high quality digital communications strategies.
She holds a B.A in Mass Communication from Claflin University, and an MA in Interactive Journalism from the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism.
