The Caribbean Ideas way

At Caribbean Ideas we’re not ones for slow pace, low imagination, or doing things halfway and we make no apologies about it!

Our founders and many of our team have studied, or worked in global-class environments, and come across many people who positively associate the Caribbean with sun, sand, and slow-paced people, but definitely not with hard-charging, innovators who get stuff done.

We rebel against the notion, that the Caribbean can’t produce world-class companies or brands that have impact, and in our work we’re laser focused on helping our clients and ourselves to be world-class.

People at Caribbean Ideas are results-focused, driven to find creative solutions when faced with obstacles and unafraid to be transparent and communicate their points of view (respectfully of course, but honestly)

We value above all people who are doers, and who want to be accountable for driving results. We’re not about an overly structured work environment. Results matter, along with doing things the right way, the “CI way” as we like to call it.

The people who work at Caribbean Ideas are people who could find work in lots of places, yet we choose this because we hate working in slow-paced, traditional work environments, where stuff doesn’t get done.
