| Chief Executive |

| Chike (pronounced chee-kay) has built a track record of achievement in both academic and professional pursuits. As Chief Executive and co-founder of Caribbean Ideas Limited, Chike will apply his unique combination of entrepreneurial spirit, Internet industry experience and deep passion for technology and advancing the Caribbean via youth development. |
| Chike's professional experience spans global consumer marketing, product management, business development and online advertising strategy. Most recently he has led efforts around vertical industry category strategy and marketplace management within Microsoft's Advertiser & Publisher Solutions group. |
| Prior to that he has managed global marketing campaigns and launches within Microsoft's MSN division, and has worked as a regional marketing manager for a broad range of MSN subsidiaries including Asia Pacific Markets like Australia, Korea and India as well as Latin American markets like Mexico and Brazil. Chike has also worked in marketing and consulting with Ernst & Young Caribbean alongside stints in banking and customer service. |
| Chike is a former Trinidad & Tobago National Scholar and currently holds an MBA degree from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). His undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Toronto, Canada, where he graduated Summa cum Laude from the University of Toronto's undergraduate business program. |

| Brevard Nelson is Caribbean Ideas' Vice President of Customer Acquisition & Engagement and a co-founder. In his role, Brevard brings to bear a unique combination of marketing and corporate communications talent, web development and information technology expertise and entrepreneurial spirit. |
| Brevard loves to play an active part in regional community development, and he has spent time as a past president of the Rotaract club of St. Augustine West, and as an active member of the Rotaract and Rotary organizations. He is also particularly interested in helping the Caribbean entertainment industry develop its presence on the world stage by embracing technology solutions. |
| Brevard is particularly in touch with the challenges faced by marketers at large pan-Caribbean companies who are increasingly challenged to demonstrate a measurable return on marketing investment while innovating in the way they engage their customers. He has worked in a range of roles for Guardian Holdings Ltd., one of the Caribbean's most respected pan-regional Financial Services companies. |
| Most recently he has driven marketing and corporate communications efforts for the group that have included crafting regional advertising plans, helping to drive the evolution of the company's Internet strategy and managing the successful execution of advertising across a range of media types. Brevard has also previously managed his own web development business. |
| Brevard's regional and global business perspective has been influenced by his academic experience as well as his professional experience. He currently holds a Masters in International Marketing communications from the London Metropolitan University and ESCEM Business School in France, after spending time in both countries. He also holds an undergraduate business degree from the University of the West Indies. |

| Marc is a co-founder of the business and the Vice President of Operations and Strategy. Marc's background lends itself particularly to this role because he brings to the table not only strategy consulting and private equity / finance experience but also a breadth of functional and industry experience having worked across a range of businesses and in multiple countries. |
| Marc is especially passionate about initiatives that can play a part in driving Caribbean economic development by boosting productivity and efficiency of people and resources. He has also been an active member of organizations designed to connect Caribbean professionals to one another including Caribiz. |
| After becoming Trinidad & Tobago's youngest national scholar at the age of 16, Marc moved on to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where he completed an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering, and was part of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society. |
| He then completed a Masters of Philosophy in Technology Policy at the University of Cambridge in England before taking up a position in strategy consulting at Bain & Company where he has advised billion dollar companies on projects from price modeling, to strategic competitive positioning. Most recently he has been building expertise in the area of financial management and investment as a private equity associate with Fidelity Equity Partners in the UK. |

Nigel Guy is Caribbean Ideas' Vice President of Product Management & Development and Partner in the organisation. He has spent over 15 years working in product management , systems integration and web development delivery for companies including KPMG Consulting, BMG Partnership Ltd, Atos Origin, Cable & Wireless, LogicaCMG, Lucent Technologies, Amdocs Consulting and Nokia Siemens Networks working in over 20 countries globally.
Nigel is a highly successful business leader with demonstrated experience developing and refining processes, defining and delivering complex service offerings and effective deployment of technology solutions. He has delivered large value technical and non-technical system integration programmes and implementations in the European, Latin American and Caribbean Telecommunications markets. He is an experienced operator at board-level within blue-chip businesses, and has demonstrated a proven ability to deliver tangible and measurable operational benefits at programme level, proactively manage relationships with key stakeholders; and take vision to demonstrable benefits
To Caribbean Ideas, he brings entrepreneurial spirit, experience building product roadmaps, and significant process development expertise as a result of his exposure to Agile and Rational Process development techniques and training as a certified Prince 2 practitioner and ScrumMaster. He will use those skills to help Caribbean Ideas deliver world-class web and mobile customer experiences, and to become a leader in Information, Communications and Technology in the Caribbean space.
A strong believer in the groundswell, his impact to Product development will enable Caribbean Ideas to win in a world transformed by social and economical technologies. He is also the co-founder of the Trinidad and Tobago Professionals Network in the UK (ttpnuk.com) and believes in the power of the Diaspora to leverage experience and connection with respective native countries towards further development. In addition he is an avid footballer and user of creative visualisations to focus on goals and provide work/life balance.
